Mothercare has published a safety notice regarding its range of all in one dress up garments. They stated that the affected clothes: “… are missing an information statement advising customers that they are not recommended for wearing in bed and should be removed before sleeping. This advice is given to avoid the risk of over heating because these garments have hoods.”
The following products, in sizes marked “early baby” to “3 years” are subject of the safety notice:-

Mothercare has advised that these items are not to be used for sleeping and that they should be removed before putting your baby to bed.
