Toys R Us has recalled one of its own-brand toy bow and arrow sets. The suction cup part of the arrows in the True Legends: Elven Bow Set can detach, this poses a potential suffocation risk.
The company advises that these items should stop being played with immediately and be returned to a Toys R Us store for a refund.
In the company’s recall notice, Toys R Us describes the the product a True Heroes Elven Bow Set, however, the word ‘Legends’ appears on the packaging and on its (now deleted) website description instead of ‘Heroes’.
These toys were sold during 2016, priced £7.99. The intended age group for this product was from three to six years of age.
